Diana Boyle was born in 1980 and grew up in Gravesend, Kent.
Following her love for art, Diana embarked on a Foundation Course in Art & Design at KIAD Canterbury, and later, achieved a BA Hons Degree in Illustration at the University of Brighton. After graduating in 2003, Diana spent a year abroad in New Zealand and Australia. Her travels increased her awareness of cultural drawing styles, and inspired her to return home to continue exploring her own creativity and develop her own path in illustration.
Since returning to the UK, Diana has undertaken numerous commissions including illustrations for magazines, websites, books and wall murals. Her illustrative style is epitomised by detail, and regardless of the subject matter; buildings, cityscapes, people, fish, birds, and typography are all executed with meticulous patience and precision.
